A day full of commitment and solidarity
As a family business, it is important to us not only to achieve economic success, but also to make a positive contribution to society. That’s why we launched our first Social Day in 2024. This day is all about social responsibility and working together for the community.
Support for the Eicheneck workshop in Bethel
Our first Social Day took us to the Eicheneck workshop at the Bethel facility, which provides a valuable working environment for people with disabilities. Over the course of two days, our entire team lent a hand. The 20 employees took on various tasks such as
- Gardening: maintaining the outdoor areas to create a welcoming environment.
- Kitchen assistant: Support in the preparation of meals for employees and residents.
- Activities: Accompanying and supporting people in the workshop with creative projects and games.
Why a Social Day?
As part of our Vision 2028, we want to firmly anchor social responsibility in our corporate culture. Social Day is an opportunity to show our commitment to society and to come closer together as a team. Our aim is to repeat Social Day every year and to democratically decide together with our employees which projects we support.
Future plans
The next Social Day is already being planned and we are looking forward to making a difference once again. Whether in local institutions, social projects or environmental initiatives – we put our heart and soul into doing sustainable good.
