Our industrial Ethernet components are specially designed for the harsh environment in industrial plants. M12 X-coded adapters and connectors, robust Cat.6A field assembly plugs and connection cables in various configurations ensure reliable, safe and trouble-free operation.
Heat, dirt, moisture, vibrations or shocks: these are just some of the requirements that network components in industrial communication networks have to withstand. Our new Industrial Ethernet portfolio does this while also allowing the transmission of large amounts of data at gigabit speed.
The M12X-coded socket to RJ45 socket adapter connects RJ45 connections from the office area to the M12x code at field level. In addition, the two-part, X-coded TTLan M12 Cat.6A field assembly plug can be used to assemble high-quality connection cables that also transmit data volumes of up to 10 Gbit/s in Industrial Ethernet networks. After the uncomplicated, tool-free cable installation, the two connector parts are simply screwed together again.
The TTLan Cat.6A field assembly plug ultra-compact version is also suitable for fast, tool-free assembly on site. It allows assembly with solid wire in cross-sections AWG 26 – 22 as well as with stranded cable in cross-sections AWG 27 – 22. The shielded RJ45 plug with 50µ gold plating also impresses with the best transmission values and EMC properties in an industrial environment. It can withstand more than 750 mating cycles – and the TTLan® Cat.6A field assembly plug is also available with a 90° angle for special installation situations where space is at a premium.
Of course, we also provide pre-assembled connection cables in our Industrial Ethernet product range: The M12 X-coded, shielded connection cable with M12 to M12 plug is also available with a 90° angled M12 plug or with an RJ45 plug. The portfolio even includes the variant with a 90° angled M12 plug to RJ45 plug. This means that damage to the connecting cable can be avoided simply by selecting the connector with the optimum angle.

And by stocking customer-specific products on the basis of framework agreements, the innovative manufacturer of cables and components also supports a resilient supply chain.
