TOTAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and TTL Network GmbH are two independent companies. TOTAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is the owner of the trademark “TTL” for network cables, connectors and similar products. There are no license or similar agreements between Total Technology Limited and TTL Network GmbH in relation to the “TTL” mark. In the past, TTL Network GmbH has marketed an Ultra Flex HDMI 2.0 High Speed Cable in various lengths with the “TTL” mark in a unique position, which in a few cases has led to confusion between the two companies on the part of customers or suppliers. TTL Network GmbH will therefore refrain from labeling its products with the “TTL” mark in a unique position in the future in order to avoid such confusion.
