With the introduction of SAP Business One, we have modernized our financial processes. Now we are looking for support to reliably accompany and further develop these processes on a day-to-day basis.

Your tasks - This is what you can expect from us:
- You will be responsible for ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts)
in SAP Business One. - You are responsible for the proper booking and reconciliation of
business transactions. - You will support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements – in close
cooperation with our tax office. - You take care of payment transactions, dunning and the maintenance of
open items. - You create evaluations and reports for internal purposes and support the
management with financial issues. - You will be involved in the further development and optimization of our accounting
processes as part of the introduction of SAP Business One. - You work closely with internal interfaces and are the contact person:in
for accounting issues.
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as a financial accountant,
Steuerfachangestellte:r or comparable. - Experience in financial accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems – ideally SAP Business One, alternatively the
willingness to familiarize yourself in a structured manner. - A structured, careful and independent way of working.
- Numeracy, reliability and enjoy working in a team.
- Experience in a medium-sized company environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
You don’t have to be an SAP professional – the important thing is that you work in a structured way and are keen
to use SAP Business One confidently on a day-to-day basis.
