Your tasks - This is what you can expect from us:
- You ensure that materials and components are ordered on time and delivered
– reliably, economically and with an eye for detail - You communicate directly with our suppliers worldwide, clarify queries, prices,
availability and delivery dates - You work hand in hand with the warehouse, quality, technology and sales departments –
you keep the threads together - You recognize when something is not working and actively seek solutions to
deviations, complaints or bottlenecks - You maintain our ERP system, keep an eye on stocks and contribute to the
further development of our purchasing processes - Prospects & development: Would you like to develop in the direction of strategic purchasing or
supplier management? We will support you!
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in purchasing, scheduling or order processing is an advantage
- You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner – even when things get turbulent
- You have a good understanding of processes and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- You are a strong communicator, a team player and confident in using MS Office &
ideally with an ERP system
