RJ45 field assembly plug

With our field assembly connector, you have a quick and easy solution at hand that meets the highest requirements when flexible connections need to be realized in the field.

The short design of the plug enables space-saving use – ideal for confined spaces. It can be installed without special tools and is therefore particularly quick and easy. The plug can be attached to cables with an outer diameter of 6 to 9 mm and a wire cross-section of AWG 22/1 to 26/1 (AWG 22/7 to 27/7).

No special tools are required for assembly. In the event of connection errors, the connector can be reopened and reassigned up to five times. It is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications and is reusable.

The contacts are plated with a 50µ gold layer, which ensures optimum signal transmission. With over 750 mating cycles and compatibility with the EIA/TIA 568A/B and PNO standards, the shielded UL-listed connector is durable and suitable for a wide range of demanding applications, including Industrial Ethernet.
