Do you love it when a request turns into a solution – and a solution turns into a strong
customer relationship? Do you like organizing, prefer making phone calls to sending emails and are
happy when your working day is varied? Then you’ll fit in perfectly with our inside
sales team!

Your tasks - This is what you can expect from us:

  • You are the central point of contact for our B2B customers – from quotation to
    delivery.
  • You process inquiries, quotations, orders and coordinate complaints.
  • You manage smooth processes between sales, technology, purchasing and logistics.
  • You keep an eye on delivery deadlines, queries and special projects.
  • You look after your customers personally and ensure genuine satisfaction.

What you bring with you:

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in internal sales or customer service – or are a motivated
    career changer.
  • You are a strong communicator, organized and a real team player.
  • You keep an overview even in stressful situations and think in a solution-oriented way.
  • You are confident in using MS Office – experience with ERP systems is a plus.
