We are aware that you don’t jump into a role like this you don’t jump into it, you grow into it. We do not expect a 1:1 replacement or instant perfection.
The handover takes place structured, accompanied and with sufficient timeso that you can familiarize yourself and find your own way in this position. The role is designed for the long term and offers scope for further development according to your strengths.

Your tasks - This is what you can expect from us:
- Financial accounting & figures
- You take over the ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts) in SAP Business One.
- You prepare monthly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with our tax office.
- You maintain an overview of payment transactions, OP lists and dunning processes.
- You prepare evaluations and support the management with commercial issues.
- Assistance & proximity to management
- You are the first commercial point of contact for the management.
- You provide support with organizational and administrative issues relating to finance or the company.
- You prepare the basis for decisions and keep an eye on deadlines, topics and contexts.
- You work confidentially, discreetly and with a good sense of priorities.
What you bring with you:
- A completed commercial training (e.g. financial accountant, assistant tax consultant, industrial clerk).
- Experience in financial accounting.
- Enjoyment of a responsible, trust-based role close to the management.
- Structured, reliable and discreet way of working.
- Confident handling of MS OfficeERP experience (ideally SAP Business One) is an advantage.
You don’t have to be an SAP professional – the decisive factors are an overview, reliability and the ability to manage things properly.
