About TTL Network
TTL Network is an owner-managed family business from Halle (Westfalen). Since 2001 we have been developing and supplying professional connectivity solutions, combining technical expertise with an international production network and personal responsibility.
What began in 2001 by combining technical know-how in Germany with international manufacturing capabilities still shapes TTL Network today. As a second-generation family business, we combine personal responsibility and short decision-making paths with an international network of specialised production partners.
Our standard
For us, it is not enough that a connection works technically. What matters is that product, quality, delivery capability and collaboration prove themselves over the long term.
That is why we understand “Excellence in Every Connection” both technically and personally: as a standard for our products and solutions as well as for our collaboration with customers and partners.
Achim Beuckes and Andreas Riedenklau founded TTL Network GmbH in 2001 together with George Huang. The cooperation with Total Technologies Limited opened up access to international production capabilities from the very start.
The name still tells part of our story today: “TTL” goes back to the original cooperation with Total Technologies Limited. “Network” stands for the international network of specialised production partners built up over many years.
Today TTL Network is run by Achim and Tobias Beuckes as an owner-managed family business. The combination of technical expertise in Germany and specialised international manufacturing partners continues to shape the company.
Rather than being limited to a single production site, TTL Network works with specialised manufacturing partners for different technologies and requirements. This allows production expertise, capacity and economic conditions to be selected to suit each project.

Managing Partner
As founder of TTL Network GmbH, Achim Beuckes brings more than 30 years of experience in the electronics and cable industry. As long-standing head of purchasing at a holding company that is now publicly listed, he built strong, trusted relationships with international production partners in Asia and Eastern Europe.
Managing Partner
As successor, Tobias Beuckes leads TTL Network GmbH in the second generation. He brings many years of management consulting experience, including at Ernst & Young and as a Senior Manager at Horváth & Partners, where he supported major DAX 30 companies in transformation and digitalisation.
Associate Director
Ralf Schwienheer has been a central part of our team since TTL Network GmbH was founded. With his extensive experience in operations, IT and quality management, he ensures that our internal processes run efficiently and with assured quality. In 2021 he was promoted to Associate Director.

TTL Network GmbH is founded by Achim Beuckes, Andreas Riedenklau and George Huang. The cooperation with the Total Technologies Limited Group gives TTL immediate access to international production capacity in Asia and the USA.
Owing to strong growth, TTL moves into its own warehouse space and offices in Halle (Westfalen). This makes it possible to expand logistics capacity and stockholding in Germany.
The site in Halle (Westfalen) is gradually expanded to meet growing requirements. Office and warehouse are now combined in one building complex.
By mutual agreement, George Huang leaves as a shareholder. From now on TTL Network is entirely German-owned, with Achim Beuckes and Andreas Riedenklau as the remaining shareholders.
TTL introduces its own brand TTLan, tailored specifically to the requirements of network technology. In the same year Achim Beuckes takes over the shares of Andreas Riedenklau, who nevertheless remains on the management team.
After 19 successful years, Andreas Riedenklau retires. Achim Beuckes continues to manage the company.
Tobias Beuckes, son of Achim Beuckes, joins the management. From now on TTL Network is run as a second-generation family business with the two shareholders Achim and Tobias Beuckes.
Owing to continued growth, TTL Network moves into new, considerably larger office and warehouse space in the former Gerry Weber headquarters building. This step allows capacity to be expanded and matches the company’s growth plans.
Expansion of the own-brand strategy: TTL Network bundles and extends its product portfolio under the four own brands TTL Lab®, TTL Lan®, TTL Link® and TTL Live®.
