Frequently asked questions

How do you ensure that series production matches the sample?
Depending on project requirements, at approval we prepare first article inspection reports (FAI reports) and retain golden samples for long-term quality assurance. In production, defined testing and approval processes support reproducible series quality – depending on the product, electrically, for example, with pin-to-pin connection tests and surge voltage tests, and mechanically with torsion and bending tests, including under climatic conditions.
Do you supply cable harnesses made to our drawing?
Yes. From a single connection cable to a complete cable harness, our audited production network makes it to your drawing. We also integrate customer-supplied components as part of assembly. We use connectors to industry standard, as complementary types or as individual custom designs, for example plugs and sockets with a quick-lock mechanism.
How predictable is resupply over the service life of a plant?
We support custom cable assemblies throughout the entire product life cycle. Framework agreements with flexible call-offs from our central warehouse in Halle (Westfalen) give you planning security, complemented by on-time delivery and comprehensive after-sales support. Our production network minimises production risks through diversification, and retained golden samples serve long-term quality assurance.
