Machine Vision & Imaging
High-precision solutions for image processing systems
Connections that carry large volumes of image data from the camera to the evaluation system without interference.
TTL Network develops camera and data cables for industrial cameras and image processing systems – in customer-specific lengths and with your connectors.
EMC protection and UL certification, depending on the product, support interference-free signal transmission.

Frequently asked questions
- What cable lengths are possible at high data rates?
- For USB-C, we supply AOC hybrid cables up to 30 metres, which also transmit high-resolution video signals up to 8K/60Hz. For Industrial Ethernet, there are cables from M12 X-coded to M12 or RJ45 at up to 10 Gbit/s. We supply in customer-specific lengths and with your connectors – the connection your system requires.
- How do you protect image data from electromagnetic interference?
- To counter electromagnetic influences in industrial environments, we use robust metal connector housings with EMC screening so that large volumes of image data reach the evaluation system from the camera without interference. Before series production, validation samples are built for testing in your specific application environment; special tests are tailored individually to your requirements.
- Are the cables suitable for tight routing paths?
- Yes. For tight routing paths, we use thin, flexible cables such as USB-C AOC hybrid cables; bending tests are part of our testing. Even choosing the connector with the optimum angle prevents damage to the cable. We select connectors to industry standard, as complementary types or as individual custom designs.
