Or would you rather get to know us informally first?

Our application process – open, honest, different
With us, people come first. We don’t just want to see application documents – we want to get to know YOU:
1. First interview
An open and honest first meeting with the management or the head of department. This is not about classic HR questions or assessment-centre tests. Instead, we want to find out who you are, what drives you and how you can enrich our team.
2. Second interview
A personal meeting with your potential team. Everyone in our team has a voice, and it is important to us that you fit in with us not only professionally but also personally.
