In addition, effective screening of the core pairs prevents possible electromagnetic interference. The plugs’ integrated latch protection provides excellent tensile and torsional strength. The quality is documented: the patch cable reliably transmits Ethernet at up to 10 Gbit, verified by Fluke test. Further tests include electrical testing (100 %) and crimp height monitoring during the production process.
