TTLan Cat.6A RJ45 field-assembly plug
The plug’s short design allows space-saving use – ideal for confined spaces. Assembly requires no special tools and is therefore particularly quick and straightforward. The plug can be fitted to cables with an outer diameter of 6 to 9 mm and a core cross-section of AWG 22/1 to 26/1 (AWG 22/7 to 27/7).
No special tools are needed for assembly. In the event of wiring errors, the plug can be reopened and re-terminated up to five times. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications and reusable.
The contacts are finished with a 50µ gold layer, ensuring optimum signal transmission. With more than 750 mating cycles and compatibility with the EIA/TIA 568A/B and PNO standards, the screened, UL-listed plug is durable and suitable for a wide variety of demanding applications, including Industrial Ethernet.
