The flexible professional video cable for moving applications
Thanks to its optimum attenuation properties, even 12G SDI signals are reliably carried over a maximum distance of 56 metres. In addition, the cable is assembled with special 75 Ω BNC plugs whose excellent return loss values also make them ideally suited to 4K UltraHD resolution.
The flexible coaxial cable, which can be wound on drums, has a compact diameter of 7.7 mm. Its pure copper inner conductor has a double, flexible Cu sliding braid screen. And with its strong polyethylene insulation, the cable withstands temperatures as low as −30 °C. This means nothing stands in the way of using it in transmission masts either.
The UltraFlex 12G SDI video cable is available in lengths from 0.5 to 15 metres; custom versions are possible on request.
